Arts and Culture Fund for North Norfolk

The North Norfolk District Council Arts and Culture Fund is open for applications.

The aim of the Fund is to improve the health and wellbeing of North Norfolk residents through active participation and engagement in arts and culture.

Any voluntary or community organisation with a project to improve the health and wellbeing of a community or specific group of residents in North Norfolk is encouraged to apply to the Fund.

Projects will need to demonstrate the active involvement or participation of North Norfolk residents, e.g. establishment of a community choir, participatory arts, dance, drama and music events.

A workshop open to any organisations interested in applying for a grant from the Arts and Culture Fund will be held at 10.00am on Thursday, June 7, at the North Norfolk District Council office, Cromer, NR27 9EN. The workshop will outline the application process and if a grant is awarded what is required in terms of monitoring, data collection, publicity and promotion.

Applications to the can be submitted at any time. Decisions on eligible applications will be made in July,  November and March. To be considered in July, completed applications need to be submitted by 29th June.

Community Transport Fund for North Norfolk

The North Norfolk District Council Community Transport Fund is open for applications.

The aim of the Fund is to support community transport schemes across North Norfolk that help vulnerable, disadvantaged and isolated residents of all ages access the services and facilities they need. The types of project the fund is likely to support include Good Neighbour, Dial a Ride, Community Shopper,   Medi Ride or work and study schemes.

Any voluntary organisation that currently provides or wishes to set up a community transport service in North Norfolk is encouraged to apply for a grant.

A workshop, open to any organisations interested in applying for a grant from the Community Transport Fund will be held at 10.00am on Thursday, June 7, at the North Norfolk District Council offices in Holt Road, Cromer. The workshop will outline the grant application process and what is required in terms of monitoring, data collection, publicity and promotion when a grant is awarded.
