Public Bus Services to/from Hickling

Public Bus Services

With thanks to Mike Turner for providing the information.

coachesHickling is currently serviced by two bus routes operated by Sanders Coaches. Buses enter and leave the village by various roads and follow different routes to their final destinations. Full timetables are available on line; from the bus company; on the buses or in the bus shelter near the Methodist Chapel.
Different timetables operate from Monday to Friday and on Saturday services (there are minor changes during school holiday periods) – There are no Sundat services. New bus timetables will shortly be positioned on both sides of the road at the Methodist Chapel, which should improve clarity of routes and times for villagers and visitors.
To ensure that Hickling retains a public bus service(which is subsidised in part by Norfolk County Council) it is important that usage is maintained at viable levels. PLEASE USE THE BUSES IF YOU CAN. Concessionary national passes are accepted on most services following national guidelines regarding timings.

Main services through Hickling
